I recently purchased all packages for my child. This was great until I had to update my ipad. Now everything is reset and I have lost all inapp purchases. Support did not give a crap about the problem. They have my money and are happy. My child is very upset. I suggest no one purchase anything from this developer. I tried the in game recovery and no use. I wish there was a negative star rating.

We bought the Brewster Pack yesterday. Less than 24 hours later, the game is stuck in the build and play mode (the items for sale menu cannot be dismissed) and the game is unplayable. Unless you want to incite tantrums in your three year old DO NOT BUY THE UPGRADES!

I love the missons

Had high hopes for this app. The train set idea is good and Chuggington is a hit, of course. Will be deleting the app due to the aggressive in-app purchase prompts which cause much frustration. Would prefer to buy a scaled back version for less than to have play constantly interrupted with buy now!

My daughter loved the free part of the app. I thought I would give her a treat and buy Koko. The additional part to the app worked fine and then after about a month it started to have problems. Very disappointing.

My kid loves this game but it asks him to spend money more than play the game. So far hes spent $20 and hes upset because he needs another $10 upgrade. I cant even find out what will change if he did buy it. Way to much money for one game.

HORRIBLE ADS EVEN IN THE PAID VERSION I cant find a place to remove the horrible ads for my three year old. Vampire dolls popping up as he plays and who knows what other adds. I also purchased the 12 dollar app. I have written to customer support but we will see what their response is. I love the game but will delete the app if the ads can not be removed. I loved the game until I saw the ads.

From time to time app is freezing

Would like my purchases restored. We never keep all our apps on device, but this one is a problem as when we reloaded it, all our purchases were gone.either refund my money or restore the app. I have clicked restore purchases it does nothing. But give me a link to purchase more.

Its a cool game for young children, teens, and adults. I love riding the rails.

My son loved this game so we bought some of the additions. After 3 days the game just crashes when you try to start it up.

My 3 year old loved this game, but it recently starting freezing up during the build and play. It doesnt all him to move the train or go select the button to go to the screen to change trains. SO disappointed!!!

App kept closing out on my little guy. Thought I would remove from my iPad and reinstall hoping to fix the issue. NOW it says that the app is no longer available! How upsetting for my child and for me ... Spent a small fortune for nothing! I will not be purchasing anything from the makers of this app again! Just makes me sick!

Kicks you out as soon as you hit Build and Play. Deleted and reinstalled, checked for updates... ending up deleting it to stop my daughter from crying that she couldnt play her (formerly) favorite app. Hope they fix it.

My grand daughters and I simply love these games! We cant wait for any new upgrades here in Germany! Bravo!

Shortly after I purchased the expansions my app crashed. Then, when I reinstalled in it wouldnt let me restore my purchase. So $10 got my son a whole 10 minutes of play time.

This game needs a HUGE update. Cuz I mean 1 adventure, 1 character, 1 free play map? Like seriously it needs an UPDATE. Instead of paying almost everything on adventures, and chuggers, etc. There should be like ChugCoins, to buy things and chuggers but for other things like Action chugger etc, would cost money since there so call "COOL". Thats my opinion and this game, is BAD.

My son used to love this app. We even spent over $10 on in-app purchases. With the most recent update, they broke their app. 95% of the time the app crashes upon trying to open it. The few times we are able to get it to open, our $10+ in purchases are gone. Just ridiculous. Dont buy until the developers get their act together.

My son adores this game. He is a little disappointed that it randomly closes currently. Had a problem restoring purchases too. I contacted the developer and they gave me a work around for the restoring purchases problem and assured me they were working on an update to fix the issues. Excellent customer service and response. Looking forward to the update!

Game is cool !!!! Only bad part is you have to pay for any upload :(. :(
